Booking and Payment: • To book a tour with Egypt Travellers, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and payment information. • Payment for tours must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. • Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on factors such as currency fluctuations, changes in government taxes or fees, or other unforeseen circumstances. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: • If you wish to cancel your tour booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of the tour operator. • Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy of the tour operator and may be subject to administrative fees or penalties. • Egypt Travellers reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or issue refunds as appropriate. 3. Travel Documents and Insurance: • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, before participating in a tour with Egypt Travellers. • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. 4. Tour Itineraries and Changes: • While we make every effort to adhere to tour itineraries, please note that schedules and activities may be subject to change due to factors such as weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. • Egypt Travellers reserves the right to modify tour itineraries or substitute accommodations, transportation, or activities with equivalent alternatives as necessary. 5. Liability and Responsibility: • Egypt Travellers acts only as an intermediary between you and the tour operators, hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers involved in your tour. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers. • By participating in a tour with Egypt Travellers, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of property. • Egypt Travellers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of your participation in a tour, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage. 6. Photos & Marketing: • You consent that Egypt Travellers may use images of you taken during your trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium of our choice. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. 8. Age & Health Requirements: • General Policy: For the vast majority of our trips, the minimum age for children is 14. All travelers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child’s day-to-day care. • For most of our trips, there is no upper age limit, however, we remind you that some of our trips can be physically demanding. • Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. 9. Passport and visas: • For your protection and for easy access when necessary, you must carry your valid passport and any other travel-related documents with you at all times. Your passport must not expire before six months beyond the duration of your trip. 10. Privacy Policy: • Any personal information Egypt Travellers collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a Trip or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. • The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers, or other suppliers to enable us to operate the Trip. We will otherwise treat your details in accordance with our privacy policy (available for viewing on our website). • All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any parties. 11. Applicable Law: • The laws of Egypt govern these Booking Conditions to the fullest extent allowable. Any disputes in connection with a trip or these Booking Conditions must be initiated in the courts of Cairo, Egypt. The Arab Republic of Egypt is our country of domicile, governing law is the local law of Egypt. • (https://egypttravellers.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of (Arab Republic of Egypt).
